DMN Pocket Reference 0 (0)

MINAUTICS Bewertung: ⭐⭐⭐ ISBN 978-1983934223 DMN Pocket Reference The DMN Pocket Reference provides in-depth explanations of the DMN elements using easily comprehensible diagrams. The DMN Pocket Reference defines the DMN elements contained in a decision model diagram, as described in the Object Management Group (OMG) specification. The notations are clearly portrayed using graphical diagrams showing how they are depicted, each with a brief description. Examples have been included to demonstrate the use and implementation of the DMN notations. The DMN Pocket Reference also illustrates the link between DMN, Decision Logic and BPMN. DMN Cookbook 0 (0)

MINAUTICS Bewertung: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ISBN 978-0982368183 DMN Cookbook Decision Model and Notation (DMN), the new standard for business decision modeling, is changing the methodology of business rules projects. While its Decision Requirements Diagrams (DRDs) and decision tables can be used to create business requirements handed off to programmers in a traditional rule language, DMN is actually a complete rule language shared by business and IT. Its various boxed expressions and FEEL expression language allow programmers and technically oriented modelers to create complex decision models directly executable on a DMN engine such as Drools/Red Hat Decision Manager. DMN Cookbook explains how the DMN language works and how it differs from traditional rule languages. It goes on to provide over 50 recipes illustrating DMN solutions to common problems facing decision logic developers, from manipulating strings, numbers, date/times, and lists to table queries and joins, iteration, recursion, and set operations. It also shows how to incorporate Java static and non-static methods, deploy DMN models as REST services, and invoke those services from a variety of clients, including Java, a BPMN process, and Microsoft Flow. Extended examples cover data validation, handling logic variations using either a central registry, dynamic composition, or static composition, a DMN-enhanced blockchain Smart Contract, and state chart-based pattern recognition. Each recipe includes a problem statement, a complete illustrated solution including DRD, boxed expressions, FEEL code and test case data, and discussion of the issues involved. Some examples illustrate multiple approaches: DMN 1.1 FEEL, DMN 1.2 FEEL, Java, and Drools extensions. All examples are explained and downloadable for editing and execution using Trisotech DMN Modeler. Alle Bücher  |   BPMN Bücher  |   DMN Bücher   |  BPM Bücher

Real-world Decision Modeling with DMN 0 (0)

MINAUTICS Bewertung: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ISBN 978-0929652597 Real-world Decision Modeling with DMN Effective Communication of Decision-Making Organizations make thousands of automated, operational decisions every week-from targeted pricing of products to determining which customers get automatic approval, from customizing website navigation and content to satisfying regulatory mandates. How well they make these decisions drives their profitability, makes or breaks their reputation and powers customer satisfaction. How these decisions are made is one of a company’s most important assets. All too often these decisions are not explicitly managed, assessed or even visible to the company’s business experts. Instead they are buried in the company’s software code and policy manuals, where they are hidden from view and may even be contradictory. Decision modeling gives you the power to change this, to make your organization’s decisions transparent, agile and scalable. Written by two of the field’s foremost experts, this book addresses why, when and how to model decisions using the Decision Model and Notation (DMN), a new open standard for representing business decisions. BPMN Course Learn and practice on examples 0 (0)

MINAUTICS Bewertung: ⭐⭐⭐ ISBN 978-8395343209 BPMN Course Learn and practice on examples The book teaches how to model processes using BPMN 2.0 based on design problems that arise during the modeling of a specific issue. The book is in the form of a course aimed at those who know the basics of BPMN. It has over 100 diagrams! There are three fully explained examples. We first present the problem and then try to solve it with different modeling approaches so you can also learn how to approach the analysis of processes. This book shows the most common solutions. It also presents the most common mistakes and incorrect interpretation of BPMN modeling rules. Each solution is explained, supported by theory and compared with others. The reader will gain knowledge about what solutions to use in a specific case, which interpretational traps to avoid and how to skillfully read models. This book doesn’t teach BPMN from scratch so you should ideally have some basic knowledge of BPMN notation and its main concepts before beginning. The book presents examples of non-executable processes, which are commonly used for documenting business processes within organizations. Within the examples, we will model both private and public processes and collaboration. Alle Bücher  |   BPMN Bücher  |   DMN Bücher   |  BPM Bücher
